We’re going to start recording our first batch of songs one week from today. We’ll be venturing down state to the fabled dickButt studio. It’s not a studio in the traditional sense it’s more like our buddies basement but he does great work (check out his band/recording ability here.) There we will enjoy a bevy of italian treats and plenty of Mike Natoli scratching his balls through his mash shorts. I packed all my drums up yesterday.
The plan is to get 4 songs and an intro laid down in a weekend, it’s gunna be a marathon, but we’ve been playing these songs 3 times a week for the past 2 months and I’m confident to it will go off without a hitch. Needless to say I’m pretty pumped.
